ORIGINS AND ETYMOLOGY
Astro-English: in Astronese, the term ultimationism is indeed based on the pre-Cometanic word ultimate to denote “the most supreme or superior form of something” which, in the context of Astronist soteriology, is applied to refer to the highest possible condition for humankind but in particular, the addition of the suffix -ism denotes a belief and so ultimationism specifically refers to the dogma of the Ultimation rather than to the Ultimation itself.
